Fantastic $30 Map-Making Humble Bundle Represents a Virtual Tabletop GM's Dream
Following a short availability back in April, the Map Making Mega Bundle is back for a limited time available until Dec. 2. Described as an extensive collection of mapping tools created by a specialized software company throughout their history, the entire collection is valued at over $1,300. Additionally, there exist three different bundles offered in this deal.
The Main Attraction
The big draw is certainly a lifetime license for Campaign Cartographer 3+, a professional-grade mapping application that can be used to create everything from fantasy overworld maps, detailed regional charts, city maps, and most notably, tactical combat environments.
A regional fantasy map generated in Campaign Cartographer 3+.
Bundle Tiers
Entry Level
The most affordable option, at a minimum cost of $1, includes only four of the 39 total items: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, Urban Source Maps. This one's only for existing CC3+ users, but it does offer fresh fantasy design elements for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens compatible with online gaming platforms, over twenty-five top-down castle layouts with 470 associated map tokens, eight complete urban centers, and more than 70 urban floorplans.
Mid-Range Option
The eight-product collection starting at fifteen dollars is where things get more interesting through inclusion of permanent CC3+ access, the first Annual volume, Ultimate Mapping Guidebook, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. Cartographer's Annual is the annual collection from ProFantasy's ongoing subscription program which includes a variety CC3+ add-ons like map collections and various other tools. The Isometric Cities enables present urban areas in 3D perspective with isometric views from multiple angles. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome comprises 760 pages for beginners and "power users" alike, full of tips and tutorials for the map-making process.

Users can also create character portraits. At thirty versus fifteen dollars, the complete collection offers tremendous value, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access seeking permanent licensing. However, it's clearly more advantageous for cartography beginners since it includes introductory guides to facilitate learning. The sole limitation though you can redeem the deal across platforms, the applications only function with Windows systems.
Charitable Component
As with other Humble Bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, the beneficiary is Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb focused on improving the lives of children worldwide via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response. The Bundle Filters option appear near the page top, though users may also choose their donation amount on the right side of the page. There's also an "Adjust Donation" drop-down just below that, allowing you to adjust how much of your donation allocated between the platform, developer, and charity.
