White House Decries 'Democrat Fabrication' as Further Epstein Estate Photographs Released

Democratic lawmakers have published a additional set of what they termed "troubling" pictures from the estate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, featuring notably Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and ex-UK prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The initial drop of 19 photographs—a portion of which have been previously circulated—plus another 70 released later on Friday constitute a small number of the nearly 100,000 images released to the House investigative panel, which is looking into the behavior and associations of Epstein.

The disgraced financier died by apparent suicide in a New York jail cell in 2019 after being indicted on sex-trafficking crimes.

Prominent Personalities in the Images

Among the notable figures seen in the first release are public figures such as movie maker Woody Allen; Microsoft founder Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, creator of the Virgin business group.

Donald Trump is featured in three of the first nineteen images. In one, he is photographed with six women, whose faces are redacted.

Administration Statement

The White House responded to the release in a official comment, alleging Democrats of selectively "cherry-picking" the images for political purposes and to "try and create a false storyline."

"That partisan falsehood against President Trump has been time and again refuted," a White House spokesperson stated, insisting that "the Trump administration has accomplished more for Epstein's victims than Democrats ever have by frequently urging openness, making public numerous documents of papers, and demanding more inquiries into Epstein's Democrat friends."

Democratic Lawmaker Comment

The photographs were released lacking captions, but as stated by a California Democrat and ranking member of the investigative panel, they elicit additional doubts about Epstein's connections to affluent people.

"The moment has come to halt this White House concealment and deliver justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his well-connected allies," he said in a release.

The disclosure of these materials coincides with the oversight committee pressing on with its investigation into the affair.
